Another Easter is over and I am already talking about next year. I had a great day, thanks to everyone who made it special. Grandpa Burl and Grandma Betty came to my house for Easter breakfast, an egg hunt, and for Easter dinner. We had breakfast, and I had to get outside quickly for my egg hunt before the weather got too yucky. The bunny left me so many eggs! I am a champion egg hunter and quickly filled up my basket, finding all the pretty eggs. I went inside and opened the plastic eggs, put my colored eggs in the refrigerator and ate a little candy. I got two big Easter baskets to get into. I got all kinds of neat things, stuffed toys, art supplies, candy/food items, stickers, chicks and bunnies, bubbles, My Little Ponies, color books and story books. I had a lot to keep myself and Grandpa busy while Grandma and Mommy made dinner. I ate a big dinner, I had ham, scalloped potatoes, peas, rolls, and olives for all my fingers. We had chocolate cake easter eggs and bunny cake for dessert. Later in the day, I got to talk to on the phone to Grandpa Shauf, Aunt Shannon and Axel! It was a good Easter, I hope you all enjoyed your day too.

Eggs of all Colors

I loved getting ready for the Easter Bunny to come to my house. We went to Winco and bought some eggs that mommy said we were going to color, I was confused and told her no Mommy we eat eggs, but to my surprise, you can do both! We brought our eggs home and Mommy cooked them up on the stove in a big pot for what seemed like a long time to me. When they cooled, Daddy got out these little clear cups and some little tablets of different colors. I got to drop them in the cups and stir them up to make them dissolve or as I called it misappear. The cups turned to different colors, red, blue, green, yellow, and orange so pretty. We sat at the table and put a cooked egg into each colored cup of dye. It is very hard to be patient, but I found out that the longer you wait the prettier the colored egg is. I also got to experiment with colors and found that red and yellow make orange, and that blue and red make purple. After dipping and dying the eggs, they had to dry. Then I got to decorate them with stickers and put them away for my friend the Easter Bunny. I love coloring eggs, the Easter Bunny should come more often.

I'm back, I hope!

Hi Everyone. I haven't blogging since December after being busy with Santa and the holidays, plus our internet can be difficult to work with at times. Mommy and I have decided to try again and will do our best to keep everyone updated on what I am up to.
I have made a lot of accomplishments in the short time since we have last written. I am talking more and more, Mommy and Daddy are amazed at how much I do talk about anything and everything. They tell me I am very smart and amaze them daily. I have a very vivid imagination and I am extremely creative when I play with my all friends and Mommy. I am growing up very quickly and I feel like such a big girl.
For some reason even though the first day of Spring has long past, we are still getting snow! I keep looking out the window and tell Mommy Spring is here, but she will never believe me if the snowflakes don't stop falling. I thought I would share some pictures from our VERY long winter. All the snow was lots of fun, but I can't wait for some sunshine so I can get outside and play with my puppies, ride my bike, drive my jeep, and play on my swingset!

The weekend after getting home from my trip to the west side, I celebrated my birthday for the second time. I opened more presents, went out to lunch, and had another cake with special Happy Birthday Candles. I had a great 4th birthday, thanks to everyone who celebrated along with me!

I'm 4!

My birthday is November 10th, which was on a Monday this year. I ended up taking a big road trip to go over on the other side of the mountains and see my family there. I did very well on the drive, I had several stops to eat, get a drink, use the potty and help mommy with Zoe and Jetta pug. I stayed at my Cousin Axel's house with Aunt Shannon and Uncle Keith too. On Saturday afternoon we went to the Seattle Aquarium. It was really fun, lots and lots of fish to see. My favorite part was touching the starfish, I wanted to pick them up and take them with me, but Daddy said I couldn't. I also loved seeing the seal swim under water, very cool. He swam upside down! We went to the gift shop and we bought some things to take home with us. I will go back again, look out starfish! We had dinner that night at Red Robin, and then back to Axel's for the night.
On Sunday, we woke up and met Grandpa and Grandma for breakfast. Mommy, Daddy, and I went to the party store and to pick up my cake after breakfast. We went back to Axel's and got ready for my party. A little before 2pm, my guests arrived. I got to meet my Great Grandma Gloria for the first time, she is very nice. I also saw my Great Grandpa Bud and Great Grandma Jean too! Grandpa and Grandma Shauf were there too. We had a princess castle carrot cake, pink and purple drinks, and of course lots of balloons, decorations, and presents! I got so many nice and fun things, thank you everyone!! It was great to see you all and hope to again soon.
I also went over to Grandpa and Grandma's new house they are building, it was fun to explore. Mommy, Daddy, and I left on Monday morning for the road trip home. It was a nice trip, it was sunny and nice all the way home. I got back to my house and Ozzy and Omar pug were waiting for me. I missed them too.
Thanks to everyone who made my birthday a special one. Thanks especially to Aunt Shannon for letting us stay and letting me have my party at her house, Love you all!

My Halloween

Mommy and I are behind again, it has been a busy time, with Halloween, our trip to the west side, and my birthday.
Sleeping Cutie won my costume poll, so that is what I was. I was very excited for Halloween night and to get dressed and ready to go. After dinner, mommy got my pink tights, my pink Sleeping Cutie dress, black super sparkly princess shoes and my special tiara out. It was a multi-step process but everyone said I looked beautiful when I was all ready, pretty as a princess. We rode in the car to Rosalia where I did the majority of my trick or treating. I only got scared at a couple houses, but I loved it, I had so much fun!! I kept telling mommy, just one more house, one more candy please. She thought I was cute and just laughed, even though I was totally serious. I ended up with a lot of candy, even big candy bars! It was a successful night and I can't wait to do it again next year.

My pumpkin says.....
What Your Jack-o-Lantern Says |
![]() You are a naturally cheerful, happy go lucky person. You're the type of person to see Halloween through the eyes of a child. This Halloween, dress up as something cute - like a bunny. The candy you should give out: candy corn |
